Overview

This website is operated by Love Dem Apples, based in Auckland, New Zealand. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All products are handmade to order. Your order is accepted once you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if we can't fulfil it, for example due to ingredient availability, weather affecting a market, or a pricing error.

Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated and can't be redeemed for cash.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup, delivery and courier details, including order cutoffs, are set out in our Shipping Policy. Markets can occasionally be cancelled or changed by organisers. If this affects your pickup, we'll contact you to arrange another day or a refund.

Allergens

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens. Ingredients are listed on each product page, but we can't guarantee any product is free from traces of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Every apple is hand-dipped, so yours may look a little different from the photos.

All content on this site, including photos, text and branding, belongs to Love Dem Apples and can't be used without our permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
