Shipping policy
Every order is made fresh, so please choose your pickup or delivery day in the cart before checking out.
Order cutoff
Orders close at 7pm the night before your chosen market pickup or local delivery day.
Market pickup (free)
Collect your order from our stall at any market listed on our Market Dates page. Choose Store pickup in the cart, pick your market, then choose Market pickup at checkout.
Auckland local delivery
We deliver across Auckland on Thursdays. Delivery is free on orders over $40 in our main delivery zone, and a delivery fee applies for smaller orders and outer areas. Your exact fee is shown at checkout. We'll send you your delivery time window once the day's deliveries are scheduled.
NZ-wide courier
We ship tracked with NZ Post Courier on Mondays to Wednesdays only, so your apples don't sit in a depot over the weekend. Most of New Zealand receives orders the next working day.
- Up to 6 apples: $20
- 7 to 12 apples: $36
- Larger orders are calculated at checkout
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
When your order arrives
Pop your caramel apples in the fridge. They keep for about 3 weeks in the fridge and 4 to 5 days at room temperature.
